On June 15, a day of presentations by PhD students in Museology at the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris examines the place of olfactory devices within the museum institution. Can we speak of a trendy phenomenon? Is there a link with the democratization of the perfume industry? What about olfactory art at the museum? What can odors truly do in carrying out museums’ missions?
